Webb Property Services  is a local and small woman-owned company  that provides a range of property services as an alternative to larger real estate companies.  Our team of experienced and seasoned professionals provide project management and property management advisory.  Our clients include the commercial real estate community, retail owners and government clients in the Maryland, DC and Virginia areas.    


Leadership  & Experience


After 25 years in commercial real estate working for top developers in the metropolitan region, Debbie Webb launched Webb Property Services in 2016.  As a LEED accredited professional with extensive experience in commercial property management, sustainability and construction, her company provides a unique perspective with a focus on the Client, space and property.  Her  experience ranges from managing Gallery Place to suburban office buildings and strip centers.   


A team of seasoned professional are able to meet the services, projects and support that our Clients need.   Services range from project management, general construction, green cleaning (APPA) audits to on-boarding new buildings and providing temporary property management and real estate accounting assistance.
